NBL has initiated a pilot program in 10 colleges across our zone of operations, aimed at increasing employment rates among non-engineering graduates.
Learnings from the program will help us:
1) Extend the program to more colleges in West Godavari and address employment challenges at the grassroots level for those out of school and college. 2) Explore the job market and entrepreneurial potential in farming communities to stem the flow of rural migration.
We’ve made significant contributions towards free bus passes, helping over 7,000 differently-abled and economically weak students to attend school.
Our sports sponsorships at the rural school level provide a springboard for a massive talent pool that would otherwise lie undiscovered.
